This also had a big impact on the four largest travel players in the city: Tourism Toronto, Ontario Tourism, Toronto Pearson Airport, and Air Canada. These four strategic partners wanted to join forces to re-spark the conversation of “Why Toronto?”

To bring Toronto back into the conversation of major destinations, we worked with the four strategic partners to create a content-rich experience that made it easy to fall in love with the city. It’s part travel-guide, part trip-planner, and all about the customer journey.

In addition to creating a the ultimate online experience that captured the heart of Toronto, we sent potential visitors to it by defining the site as that start of an adventure. Each ad showed the majesty of the city along with the fun to be had, and drove to the site to continue the story and book the trip.

Not only were we able to stop the decline of US Tourism in Toronto, we actually reversed it. We’ve seen sales increase remarkably year-over-year since the launch of the campaign and the site is now one of the top online travel guides for Toronto.
